• If you choose the pick-up option: If the item is currently available at our store, it will take approximately 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. If your selected item is NOT currently available in our store, there may be a 2-3 week delay to have it ready for pick-up. We will contact you by email if that is the case.
• If you choose the shipping option: This product ships directly from our supplier. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for your item to be shipped to you. The transit time is not included in this estimation.
• The frame shipping rate for destinations in Canada and the U.S. is $40.00 per frame.
